My policy
Your appointment is very important and my time is reserved especially for you.
Late arrival and No Shows
There is 15 min late policy. If you are running late, Please call/ text me. If you are lost, please call/ text me. I will do my best to fit you in. However, I have other clients to work with and usually booked back to back. There will be an occasion that I will need to reschedule you if you are late more than 15 min.
There are increased amount of no shows. If you forget and miss your appointment, you are considered no-show. You will be required to pay 50% of the service. I send you 3 reminder emails and It is your responsibility to manage your calendar.
For clients who no show, they will not be able to book future appointments unless prepaying for the service. Same rules apply to very last minutes cancellations (considered no show) as well.
Cancellation
For haircut services, 24 hours cancellation notice is required.
For chemical services, 48 hours cancellation notice is required. I understand things come up in last minutes or emergency situation happens. However, last minutes cancellation hurts small business like mine. Failure to give me 48 hours cancellation notice makes me charge you 50% total service fee. Valid credit card information is required to book chemical and some other services.
Please do not bring other guest to your appointment.
My studio is small and only fits you and myself.

For any services, you have 2 weeks to reach me if you are not happy with the result of service. I will get you in to consult with what and how to fix the problem. Then, I will perform a redo the service for you. I will not be able to give you a refund without seeing a problem.
